REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
We stand by the quality of our career acceleration programmes. However, please note that all sales for bespoke coaching packages are final once the intake process has commenced. Clients are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no coaching sessions or proprietary materials have been delivered. Individual sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiture of the session fee. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate.
